The journey began in 2022 with the establishment of Vastuvid Design Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., founded by Ar. Hem Joshi, Ms. Pooja Pandey, and Ar. Ajay Joshi. Under the leadership of Chairman, Ar. Hem Joshi, the firm has grown steadily to become a trusted name in the field.
With over 28 years of professional experience, including five years of international practice, Ar. Joshi’s extensive body of work across India and abroad has shaped the organization’s holistic approach to design, planning, and consultancy.
Guided by Chief Advisor, Ar. Manoj Joshi (SPA Delhi, 1989), the company continues to uphold its core values of quality, innovation, and integrity. Providing the financial and administrative strength of the company is Finance Director, Ms. Pooja Pandey, an NMIMS, Mumbai post-graduate, whose expertise in finance and management has been pivotal in ensuring the Group’s continued stability and sustainable growth.
