PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In continuation to the theme of the previous project proposal in Nagaland, this circuit also focuses on the Tribal fervour of the three districts namely, Mokokchung, Tuensang and Mon. Mokokchung happens to be one of the entry points to the state from Assam side, while Mon and Tuensang are significant due to their proximity to the international border.
Tourist Centres in these three districts have been developed under this circuit have a diverse character. Ranging from waterfalls to reserve forests and old tribal villages, make this a very diverse circuit.
The character of the built environment has been kept as close to the traditional Naga architecture style as possible. Infact, the character of the dominating tribe of each district has also been emphasised in the buildings and spaces created in each area.
