The journey began in 2022 with the establishment of Vastuvid Design Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., founded by Ar. Hem Joshi, Ms. Pooja Pandey, and Ar. Ajay Joshi. Under the leadership of Chairman, Ar. Hem Joshi, the firm has grown steadily to become a trusted name in the field. With over 28 years of professional experience, including five years of international practice, Ar. Joshi’s extensive body of work across India and abroad has shaped the organization’s holistic approach to design, planning, and consultancy.
Guided by Chief Advisor, Ar. Manoj Joshi (SPA Delhi, 1989), the company continues to uphold its core values of quality, innovation, and integrity. Under his guidance, Vastuvid has successfully collaborated on numerous government and private sector projects across India, strengthening its position as a leading architectural and consultancy firm.
Providing the financial and administrative strength of the company is Finance Director, Ms. Pooja Pandey, an NMIMS, Mumbai post-graduate, whose expertise in finance and management has been pivotal in ensuring the Group’s continued stability and sustainable growth. Director, Ar. Ajay Joshi has been an integral part of the company’s evolution since inception, contributing significantly to its vision, operations, and overall development. In 2024, the Group expanded its footprint by establishing a new head office in Dehradun, near Shimla Bypass Chowk. The same year witnessed the inception of Vastuvid Design Associates Pvt. Ltd., dedicated primarily to turnkey and construction projects, offering clients comprehensive end-to-end solutions from concept to completion.
Building on this solid foundation, Vastuvid Infra Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. was launched in 2025, further diversifying the Group’s expertise in infrastructure design, planning, and project management. In 2024, Ar. T.P.S. Bampal, an alumnus of the Government College of Architecture, Lucknow, joined as Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience and leadership that has propelled the company to new heights of success. Today, the Vastuvid Group of Companies stands as a symbol of innovation, professionalism, and excellence — continuously shaping the built environment through visionary design and sustainable development.
